Barney Tucker (1937) was president and general manager of Burley Belt and Southeast Chemical Companies, director and chairman of the Cincinnati Branch Federal Reserve Bank, president of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, chairman of the Kentucky Council on Public Higher Education, and chairman of the Kentucky State Board of Regents.
