I have enjoyed reading Edward Ayers’ “In the Presence of Mine Enemies.” He seems to indicate that he was going to continue with another book that would cover up to 1865, this one having covered 1859-1863. Is that book published or possibly a work-in-progress? I would certainly be interested in obtaining a copy if it’s published. Thanks.
