I worked for Jed at Photographic Services, when I started shooting video Jed said “man stick to photography all that video gear will break your back” What a prophet. It did, I still admire Jed. His teaching was hard but right.
The first time I saw PhotoShop 1.0 I wet back and told Jed that we had just been put out of service as a photo lab. He said no way the quality of digital will beat film. We still laugh at that.
