Russell Hoyt Dabney passed away January 23, 2013. He received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. While at Tennessee, he was a member of Lamda Chi Alpha Fraternity, the UT Singers and the ODK Honor Society.
