WNBA star and law/chemistry prof visit students

Chamique Holdsclaw and Sean B. Seymore recently returned to campus to be honored as Accomplished Alumni.

Holdsclaw, WNBA star, author, and former UT All-American Lady Vol, was very open about her battle with depression during her discussion with students, faculty, staff, and alumni about her new book, Breaking Through: Beating the Odds Shot After Shot.

Seymore, professor of law and associate professor of chemistry at Vanderbilt University, was honored as both an Accomplished Alumnus and the inaugural College Honors Program Distinguished Alumnus in Residence during his recent visit to campus. He took a week out of his semester-long research sabbatical for MIT to mentor UT students.
