Sue Bugg Scott, of Knoxville, died March 14, 2012. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree (1968) from the College of Arts and Sciences and a master’s degree (1981) from the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences.  Sue worked in several school systems across East Tennessee.
