Joseph Kasmer Lukowski, Jr., of Midlothian, VA, died March 11, 2012. He served in the U.S. Navy and graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree from the College of Business Administration. While at UT he lettered in football. He had a successful career as a sales executive with Federal Paper Board for 30 years.
