Howard Blaine Miller, Jr., of Knoxville, died March 23, 2012. Howard graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree from the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences and pursued a career as a sales representative in the Outdoor Recreation Industry.
