The Honorable Judge C. Howard Bozeman, of Knoxville, died July 10, 2011. Judge Bozeman was the longest serving County Judge of Knox County for over 25 years from 1948-1966 and 1974-1982. He also served on the Tennessee Supreme Court. Judge Bozeman graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree (1941) from the College of Business Administration and a doctor’s degree (1943) from the College of Law.
