Matthew W. Boggan, of Knoxville, died March 24, 2011. He earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Miami, a master’s degree from the University of Tennessee, College of Education, Health and Human Sciences and a doctor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, College of Law. He was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2005 and practiced family law in the Knoxville area.
