James Michael Warchol, of Knoxville, died March 25, 2011. He was a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a master’s degree from the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences. Mr. Warchol worked in the special education field for 40 years and was the Executive Director of Open Arms Care.
