It’s an art, but one you can learn
Dr. John Antun, noted chef and director of the UT Culinary Institute, facilitated a grilling demonstration for about 30 alumni and friends that featured hamburgers, fish, fruits, vegetables, and various other delicious grill-ables. The group that gathered in Tyson Alumni House on that warm summer evening enjoyed what came off Antun’s grate and learned tips and tricks that will make them their neighborhoods’ chieftains of charcoal or princes of propane all summer long!
