The University of Tennessee Office of Alumni Affairs, along with the UT Book & Supply store, is proud to announce the Official Ring Program. This program is the newest tradition on the Hill, and is one that will provide students and alumni with the opportunity to purchase a product that will last a lifetime.

The new program will provide UT Knoxville alumni and current students who have earned 60 or more credit hours the opportunity to purchase an official UT class ring. The new rings, provided exclusively by Jostens, will be offered as an exclusive collection to the university and will be a timeless piece to connect generations of alumni.

A teaser video was shown on the video board at the Homecoming football game and gave students, alumni, and fans a sneak peek of the new tradition.

Beginning in early 2010, students and alumni may begin placing orders for an official class ring. The collection of official rings all will have similar faces, which will easily identify the ring-wearer as a UT graduate. The sides of each ring may be customized to identify an individual’s college or area of interest.

Further details about the Official Ring Program will be released soon. Please direct questions to Eric Haag at
