Judge to Visit Law College

Federal Chief Judge Curtis L. Wagner Jr. will speak to students in the College of Law Oct. 23 as a guest of the Accomplished Alumni program.

Wagner graduated from the law college in 1951 and serves as chief administrative law judge for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. His topic will be “The Independent Regulatory Agency and the Role of the Administrative Law Judge,” and he also will offer students advice on their legal careers.

Wagner has received numerous awards including the Department of the Army’s highest honor, the Decoration for Exceptional Civilian Service. He appears in four editions of Who’s Who, including Who’s Who in the World.
